These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RevoRank website and any services provided by Apiotics PPC Solutions ("RevoRank", "we", "us"). By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
RevoRank provides SEO, content, link building, technical optimization, and paid advertising management, offered as recurring retainers and one-time projects as described on our website. Specific deliverables are defined in your individual proposal or order.
Each engagement is defined by a proposal, order, or statement of work that sets out deliverables, timelines, and price. Work outside that defined scope is quoted and agreed separately. For one-time projects, the agreed scope is fixed; additional rounds or pages beyond the stated amount are billed separately.
Retainers are billed monthly, in advance, via the payment method you select at checkout. Fees are charged in INR (₹) for clients in India and USD ($) for clients elsewhere, and GST is added where applicable.
Projects are payable in full, upfront. Work begins once payment is received.
Ongoing services are month-to-month; one-time projects are paid per project.
SEO and paid advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms and competition. We apply industry best practices but do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue unless explicitly stated in writing in your proposal.
On full payment, deliverables created specifically for you (e.g. content, on-page changes) become yours. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, processes, templates, and know-how ("Background IP") and grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use any Background IP embedded in your deliverables to the extent needed to use them. Until we receive payment in full, all deliverables remain our property. You keep ownership of any materials you provide to us.
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information private and use it only to perform under these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding one month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
Either party may terminate per the cancellation terms above. We may suspend or end services for non-payment or breach of these terms. Sums due up to termination remain payable.
